Wilbert Dean "Dub" Mosley


Beloved, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great- Grandfather, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle and Friend too many, passed on to our Heavenly Father on November 26, 2011 at Walnut Place Nursing Home after a courageous battle with Cancer. William Dean Mosley "Dub" was born in Hope Arkansas to Twolley Mae Mosley and Sam Mosley. Wilbert attended schools in the Hope area. He later moved to the Dallas area to raise his family and reside there until his passing. His hobbies were fishing, music and Auto Mechanics which became his lifetime occupation until his retirement. Wilbert joined The Harmony Baptist Church in Corsicanna, Tx. with Bishop John Baker and Sister Vannessa Baker. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Twolley Mae Stanley and Sam Mosley, 7 Brothers: George, Billy Ray, Willie C, Napoleon Mosley, Nathanial, Joe Edward and Leak Stanley and 2 Sisters: Trudie Mae McLemore and Verdie Mae Mosley. Mr. Mosley is survived by his wife of Thirty nine years, Betty Jean Mosley. Daughters: Jean Mosley, Wilma and husband Marvin Smith, Rosie Lee Mosley, Roxanne Mosley and Carlos, Maria and husband Carlos Reyes and son Curtis Lee "Bubba" Jet. Also best friend: Roosevelt "Slick" Hanson. Wilbert is also survived by Five Sisters: Verdell and husband Robert Walton, Mattie Mosley, Cynthia and husband Ernest Whiteman, Mary and husband Domingo Jones, Rosie Stanley and Aldra Tate. Four Brothers: Garron Stanley, Henry Mosley, Sam Mosley and wife Carolyn Mosley and McArthur Mosley. Another Blessing are survivors, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren: Sam and Alexandra Mosley. Samaya, Leeana and Leah. Nicole and Kevin Vine. Elijah, Elisha, Ethan, Ezekiel. Princess and Steven Horage, Kala, Asia, Isaiah. Mary Mosley ( Terrell Jr). Ilderaldo Moslsey and wife Laura (Zaydan) Chris Mosley. Skylar, Brooklyn and Freddie Jr. Jett, Frank Reyes and wife Bertha (Ivan). Eleazar Reyes and wife Lauren (Alexis, Jayden). Jacob A. Reyes and Juan Carlos Reyes. Wilbert also was survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Sisters and Brothers-in-Law and numerous other relatives and Friends. He will also be greatly missed by his pets: "Side Kick", "Coco", "Pretty Boy" and "Ms. Lady". Although "Dub" is not with us in body, he will always be in our Hearts. He is up in his Heavenly home looking down upon us and with the help of God, keep us safe until we one day be together again. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Eastgate Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop John Baker of Harmony Home Baptist Church of Corsicanna, TX. officiating.
