Thomas Junior Moore

Thomas Junior Moore was born to Tommy Franklin Moore and Dora Boshere Moore on January 20, 1935 in Alvarado, Texas and passed away November 1, 2021 in McKinney, Texas after a long and difficult battle with leukemia and lymphona.

Mr. Moore is survived by Dorothy Moore of the home; sons, Mark Moore of Princeton, Texas, Timmy Moore of Garland, Texas; step-son, Richard Parr of Garland, Texas; daughter, Brenda Williams of Springtown, Texas; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; one sister, Daphene Hall of Baytown, Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Dora Moore; sons, Phillip Moore, Jeral Moore; step-son, Rodrick Parr; daughter, Teresia Wallace; step-daughter, Mary Louise Sims; two brothers; and eight sisters.

Mr. Moore retired from Conagra and Decker Meat. He was the happiest while helping his son work on his race car and raising cattle. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, who also knew him as "Papa Baby".

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Princeton, Texas. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 am at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Princeton, Texas. Interment to follow at Stoney Point Cemetery in Anna, Texas. Jorge Cortez, Jimmy Shaw, Richard Parr, Anthony Juarez, Joe Garza III, and Bubba Massey will serve as pallbearers.
