REBECCA SUE CARROLL PATTI was born January 1, 1951 in Durant, Ok-- she was born a few minutes after midnight and was celebrated as the New Year’s Baby in Durant that year. After a lengthy illness she passed away peacefully on January 18, 2012 with family by her side. She was a resident of Mesquite for many years.
Rebecca was fun loving with a wonderful sense of humor; she always had a smile and kind word for everyone. Love for family was an especially important part of her life. She is survived by son, Martin J. Patti, Jr.; granddaughter, Lacey E’lane; and sister, Shirley Carroll Dophied. Preceded her in death were parents, Wilma Jennings Carroll and Louis Lee Carroll, longtime residents of Dallas.
Upon her wishes services will be private.
