Oscar is survived by his wife of 18 years, Norceli Garcia Ochoa; his mother, Julia Ochoa; his sisters, Veronica and Beatrice; his brothers, Abel, Francisco, Joe, & Ramon; and his children, Oscar, Francisco, Nevaeh, Isaac, & Lorenzo.
Oscar is preceded in death by his son, Christopher DeLisaac Ochoa; his brother, Alex Ochoa; and his father, Francisco V. Ochoa.
Oscar was a loving father who will be missed by all those he left behind.
