Nancy Kaye Smith Polisky
January 6, 1945 — June 23, 2022
Nancy (Wallace) Smith-Polisky went to be with her Lord and Savior June 23, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Bernice Wallace of Arkansas, Bob Smith first husband and Simon Polisky, second husband.
She is survived by her daughter Anita Gorman and son, Roger Smith (Kelly), grandchildren Brandon (Leslie) Gorman, Brian (Carrie) Gorman, Bailey Smith, and Bethany Smith and great grandchildren.
Nancy was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She loved to fish, Facebook and visit with family & friends. (her homemade chocolate and fried apricot pies will be missed.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church 2242 W. Lucas Rd., Lucas, Texas 75002.
Burial at Dallas Forth Worth National Cemetery will be at a later date.
