In Loving Memory
KENNY MILLER
1965 - 2020
Kenny Miller, 55, a long-time resident of Murphy, TX, passed away on Thursday October 22, 2020 at Medical City Plano Hospital.
Kenny is survived by his wife Sabena Miller and mother Toshiko Miller; his fur babies Lottie, Bubba, Roxy, Birdie, Ginny & Arie; his sisters Nanako Miller and Noriko Silvey.
Kenny was born on Sunday August 1, 1965 in Okinawa, Japan to Ross Dean Miller and Toshiko Sakiyama. Around age 6, Kenny's parents and sister Nana relocated to Garland, Texas, where he spent a majority of his life.
Kenny was a devoted son, husband and father to his fur babies. Most adventurous times would be traveling with his wife to Canada, New York, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and California just to name a few. He was a hard worker and passionate about his work in the stair construction industry. He was a dedicated employee then owner of Dallas Rail & Mantel where he met his wife and many of his friends that became like family through out the years. When he wasn't talking stairs, he would be rescuing animals, walking the creeks, collecting rocks, driving fast cars, rock crawling, jet skiing at the lake and riding the trails with his buddies. For the last number of years Thursday nights were dedicated to hanging with what he referred to as the "Cuda Club" talking cars and doing burn outs at their favorite hangout. His favorite pass time would be coming up with inventions and barbequing with his best friend John then eating dinner at midnight. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all that knew him.
Celebration of His Life will be held at the Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland on November 14, 2020 at 2pm.
