Karen Sue Fuller

Karen Sue (Poovey) Fuller went to be with Jesus on January 2, 2024.  She was born on January 20, 1955 to Joe and Rose Poovey at Speegal's Hospital in Garland, Texas.  

Karen was the 1973 graduating class of Garland High School.  Most of her working years were spent at TI where she made a multitude of friends that she truly loved.  If her TI co-workers did not know about God you sure did after several conversations with her.  The family wants to especially "Thank" George Clark for being one of her best friends.

Karen married Robert Fuller in 1977.  She had four children, David Andrew Poovey, Jeremy James Fuller, Daniel Cain Fuller and Kimberly Marie Fuller Grimes.

Karen is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her daughter, Kimberly Marie and her parents, Joe and Rose Poovey and her sister, Christina Joe Poovey Fulton.

She is survived by her sons, David Andrew, Jeremy James and Daniel Cain, 5 grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister, Brenda Lunsford and husband Mike, sister, Teresa Poovey and brother, Joe C. Poovey and wife Kara Poovey.  Several Nieces and Nephews.

Karen's service will be Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, 3015 Pleasant Valley Rd, Sachse, TX  75048.  A meal will be served at 12:00 p.m., visitation at 1:00 p.m. and the service will e at 2:00 p.m.  Karen will be buried at Lake View Cemetery in Lavon, TX.
