Joyce Evelyn Morrow

Joyce Evelyn (Uselton) Morrow age 89, of St. Paul, Texas passed away peacefully on January 2, 2022. Friends and family are invited to gather at Big Springs Baptist Church of Garland, Texas on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM for a memorial service to honor her life. There will be a short graveside service immediately following the church service.

Joyce is preceded in death by her loving husband Don Morrow, daughter Vickie Lynn Davis and son Kevin Davis. Her parents, Eldridge Euin Uselton and Gladys Irene Uselton. Her sister Linda Richardson, brother-in-law George Richardson and sister-in-law Wanda Uselton.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Johnson and husband John, Karen Craig and husband Michael, step-son Donnie Morrow, her brother James Uselton and nieces Robin Uselton and Stephanie Rodgers. Her three grandchildren, Shannon Moore, Jeremy Johnson, Taylor Johnson and husband Theran Johnson. Six great-grandchildren, Hailey Moore, Jonathan Moore, Lauren Fee, Payton Johnson, Kayden Johnson and Westin Ray Johnson; two great-great-grandchildren, Beaux Savage and Emery Johnson.

Joyce was born in Plano, Texas, on March 16, 1932. She graduated from Plano High where she played basketball all through school. She married and settled in Richardson, Texas and went to work as a secretary at Oil Well. She then worked at Texas Instruments where she then met Don. They were married for 51 years.

Joyce loved to work in her yard and could grow anything. Her and Don loved to travel in their motorhome across the country. She loved her family and to be with her grandkids.
