Jimmy Michael Hays

Jimmy Michael"Mike" Hays, 55, passed away on February 14, 2012 as the result of a car accident. Mike was born on October 9, 1956 at the Madigan Army Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. He attended the University of Texas in Austin, after which he worked for the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, then Varel International, Inc., in Dallas, Texas. Mike is survived by his son, Christopher Hays of Plano, Texas, a daughter, Jessica Hays of Waco, Texas, his son Danny Hays of Richardson, Texas, his father, Bill Hays of McKinney, Texas his sister, Karie Dalton (Arthur, "Sug"), of Prosper, Texas and a sister Kelli Downs (Bill), of Fairview, Texas. Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Hays. There will be a private graveside service on Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Prosper.
