Frances Jane Lokey Hemphill

Frances was born on October 13, 1929, in Collin County, Texas to L.B and Inez Lokey. She passed away on April 11, 2024 in Celina, Texas.

Frances Graduated from McKinney Boyd High School and from high school until her late eighties when she couldn't attend anymore, she attended North Baptist church, now renamed Community North Baptist Church. 

On November 24, 1948 she married her husband of 53 years, Ray Hemphill. 

From 1957 - 1960 She was the Church secretary at North Baptist; and from 1960 - 1989 she worked at Collin County National Bank. 

She is survived by her son Don and his wife Beatriz. Grandchildren Alex Mata and wife Stacey, Renee Snell and husband Dave, Becky Naputi and husband Anthony. Great-Grandchildren David Mata, Jaden Mata, and Dylan Michaelis, Westly Snell, Alyssa Snell, Braylie Snell. Great-Great-Grandchildren Paislee Mata and Damian Mata. Niece Jennifer Barosh and her husband Donnie, their three sons, Jeff and wife Holly, Tim and wife Melanie, and Nick and wife Brandi. 

She is preceded in death by her parents L.B and Inez Lokey, Her Husband Ray, three brothers Wilson, L.B and George Lokey, and a sister Kitty. As well as a Great-Grandson Nick Mata.
