Floyd "Papa" Stevenson

Floyd "Papa" Edward Stevenson was born October 11, 1953 in Midland, Texas to Helen Marie (Sullivan) Stevenson and Floyd Mack Stevenson. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 3, 2021, after a month-long battle with Covid-19.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father and brother Bruce Wendell Stevenson.

He is survived by his wife Mona Charlene Stevenson; daughter Brianna Lynn (Stevenson) Chacon; son-in-law Nicholas Scott Chacon; and grandchildren: Preston Kyle Orr, Bryson Dale Buchanan, Brenna Maleah Buchanan, Luke Steven Chacon, and Mia Nichole Chacon.

Our loved one will be remembered by his many friends and extended family. His sweet smile and his beautiful sweet and giving soul have left an eternal mark on us all. He loved to fish, watch movies, and be at the baseball fields, but most importantly he loved spending time with his family that he cherished. Our world is less without our Papa but we have faith we will see him in Heaven one day with Jesus.
