Elizabeth Oberst

Age 90, passed from this life November 11, 2010 in Richardson, Texas. She was born May 13, 1920 in Karlsruhe, Germany to Max and Sophie Schneider. As a young woman she remembered the bombs raining down in the streets during WWII. She married Stanley Oberst and came to the United States. Elizabeth was a loan processor for banking during her working life. She was known for her loving affection for her many pets. She was very involved in the causes for the Native American people. Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 63 years, Stanley Oberst, daughter, Diane Lundquist, son, Stanley Oberst and his wife Cheryl, grandchildren; Eric and Dieter Lundquist, great-grandchildren; Natalie and Cash Lundquist, Miranda, Carly and Jack Farrish. Because of Elizabeth compassion, the family would like memorial gifts given to the SPCA, WWF or Humane Society or the Causes for the Native Americans. VISITATION is 6 - 8 P.M.
