Donna Lee Brownfield

Donna Lee Brownfield, age 77, passed away in her home peacefully surrounded by family and her dog XO on October 10, 2023. 

She was preceded in death by her adopted parents Vernon Arthur Edge and Claudia Alene Hall.

 

She  is survived by her husband Kenneth James Brownfield, 3 children; James Edward Brownfield, Jeffrey Jay Brownfield and spouse Patricia Brownfield, Gregory Scott Brownfield and spouse Kathryn(Kate) Brownfield. She is also survived by her Grandchildren Misty Myers, Jessica Jackson, Julie Brownfield, Justin Brownfield, Sean Brownfield, Zachary Brownfield, Adrian Cashion, Austin Cashion, and Ashley Cottle. Followed by 3 great grandchildren.

 

Donna worked for Richardson Independent School District for 27 years as a book processor. Donna loved helping children every chance she got. She volunteered countless hours at her local elementary school for several years. Later on she started a little library in her neighborhood that she ran for 3 years. She loved baking, reading, and sewing when she could. She loved working in her community by hosting the National Night out, participated in crime watch patrol, and Nextdoor.com.
