Dianna Sue Purser

Dianna Sue Purser, age 75 of McKinney, Texas, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on November 11, 2021. She was born on May 31, 1946 in Itasca, Texas to John William and Leamone Rosetta (Ellis) Mitchell. Dianna married Bobby Glen Purser in 1962 in Hillsboro, Texas. She worked as a dietician and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Dianna is survived by her two daughters, Shiela Crawford & Sherrie Beazley; sister, Johnnie Huffstetler; five grandchildren, Tiffany and Danny Roberts, Krystal Bennett, Cody and Brittney Case, Ryan Beazley, and Ritchie Beazley; and six great-grandchildren, Dustin Roberts, Melody Roberts, Savannah McCorkle, Christopher McCorkle, Dalton Roberts, and Braydon Case.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Purser; mother, Rosy Mitchell; father, John Mitchell; and three sisters, Doris Lee, Bonnie Gardner, and Mary Kelley.

Dianna touched many lives, and her family was the most important thing to her. Love is eternal, and it is not "Goodbye". It is "See you later." May she rest in peace.

A memorial service will be held at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney, Texas on Monday, November 29, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Sherrie Beazley.
