There's Something Special About
BUTTON

We are all unique, that's a given. No two people since the beginning of time have ever been the exact same. It's an impossibility! So what makes an impression and makes a person stand out? The family and friends of Dewaine knew the answer. He held many titles to those who knew him but it wasn't these roles that held the weight. It was the experience after being in his presence that left the indelible mark on ones being. His smile alone could pierce a steely heart, lift the grey clouds of mediocrity, ignite a fire within a melancholy heart and invite the timid to full bloom. The zest he had for life and others was genuine, real and contagious. He touched a place within your being that enlivened one's spirit and left you changed. The essence of his person was one that was open, transparent, real and remarkably relatable. He made no excuses for who he was or what he stood for but it was the unspoken part of him that didn't need to be explained because it was on display to those fortunate enough to get access to the delightful inner world of all he embodied and encompassed. He left his mark, an imprint in the deep recesses of the hearts and minds that crossed his path. There will never be another Dewaine and the character of those that grew from knowing him will be what carries him on eternally, never to be forgotten and forever cherished!
