David was born to Jim Knox and Tammy Hazelett on September 4, 1981 in Belville, Texas. He was the oldest of three boys, with brothers Johnny Knox and Michael Knox.
David is survived by his wife Jenifer Knox and two sons, Aiden Knox and Orion Knox-Milliff; mother Tammy Hazelett, and father Jim Knox; Aunt Judy Peace and Uncle Jim Hazelett; Grandmas Florence Hazelett and Freda Foster
David enjoyed fishing, boating, swimming, and brewing exotic beer, but the thing he enjoyed the most was being a Dad.
David and Jenifer owned a dental lab "Smile Crafters," from 2009-2018, where he worked as a Certified Dental Technician since 2010.
There will be a private memorial service Saturday March 13, 2021.
