Brenna Janelle Kelley

Brenna Janelle Kelley was born August 4, 1976 to Charles Lee Pahlen and Ila Roberta Pahlen in Crookston, Minnesota. Brenna most recently resided in Wylie, Texas.
Brenna was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Surviving members of her family include her four daughters Naomi Adelle Kelley (Mason McCuller), Savannah Faith Kelley (Jonathan Smith), Karma Sabine Kelley (Cade Saxon), and Kylee Oceann Kelley-Giddens and her four grandchildren Nathan Howard Stiles, Jayne Penelope Smith, Delilah Janelle Saxon, and River Duane McCuller. She is also survived by her mother, Ila Martinez (Louie Martinez), her brother, Casey Pahlen (Sarah Pahlen) and their children Madison, Katelyn, and Taylor, her grandmother, June Schipper, former father and mother-in-law, Howard and Kim Nesler, sister-in-law, Leeann Sherman, her former partner, Trisha Giddens, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
Those who predeceased Brenna include her former husband, Nathan Kelley, her father Charles Pahlen, and her grandparents Vance Schipper and James and Rena Pahlen.
Brenna worked for several years in the Materials Management and Surgery Departments at Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Texas. In recent years her life was devoted to caring for her youngest daughter, Kylee, and her grandchildren.
Brenna passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 after a 16-year battle with brain cancer.
Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home at 2925 Fifth Street, Sachse, Texas.
