Bonnie Jo Pignataro

Bonnie Pignataro, loving wife, mother, grams, and friend passed away on December 28th, 2021. She was born in 1945 at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Illinois.
Her love for her family and friends were the essence of who she was. Her joyful spirit, warmth, and love were evident. Bonnie had a great smile that made you feel welcome, you knew you were around someone special. Bonnie married Ben Pignataro in 1989 where they enjoyed 32 years together, they liked to travel, living a wonderful life in New Mexico, New Jersey, and Utah before settling in McKinney.

Bonnie enjoyed tackling a new adventure every year on her birthday including kayaking and zip lining. For several years Bonnie was a member of the McKinney Newcomers where she held various positions in the club including president. She enjoyed each group she was involved in there and was especially fond of the members. Bonnie made lifelong friendships and was admired and loved by everyone she met.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Ben, children; Jeff Doyle (Debbie) Todd Pignataro (Kris) Mike Pignataro (Veronica) and Paula Quintana (Jerry) as well as 12 Grandchildren.

A Memorial for Bonnie is planned at a later date.
