68, Born November 3, 1943 in Gary, Indiana and passed away June 25, 2012 in Cypress, Texas. Barbara was a longtime member and church elder of Corinth Presbyterian Church in Allen, Texas.
She was preceded in death by husband, William S. Orban; grandson, Jerry Swearingen, Jr.; mother, Margie Wingate; step-father, Ollie Wingate; father, Joseph Mullens; two brothers, Leroy Mullens and William Mullens; and sister, Connie Estes.
Barbara is survived by three daughters, Theresa Manning and her husband, Tim, Diana Elliott, and Susan Swearingen and her husband, Jerry; two step-daughters, Joanie Milligan and her husband, Mike and Cindi Cartwright and her husband, Morris; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 29, 2012 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
Service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 5th Street, Sachse, Texas 75048. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Corinth Presbyterian Church, 5609 E. Parker Road, Allen, Texas 75002.
